GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
For each qualifying retail purchase of a new M107A1® rifle during the promotion period, eligible consumers may receive one (1) free QDL suppressor (MSRP $3360), subject to the terms and conditions below. The suppressor will only be transferred and shipped to a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) who also holds a valid Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) registration.
Minimum purchase required: 1 new M107A1 rifle system
PROMOTION PERIOD
- This promotion is valid on qualifying retail purchases made between January 1, 2026 and February 28, 2026.
- All required documentation must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026.
WHO QUALIFIES
- Promotion is valid only on retail purchases of a NEW M107A1 rifle system from an authorized Barrett FFL dealer in the United States.
- This promotion is only available to lawful end users legally eligible to purchase firearms and suppressors under United States federal, state, and local laws.
- Sales of used firearms do not qualify.
- Law enforcement, military, distributor, demo, or agency purchases do not qualify unless approved in advance in writing by the manufacturer.
- Promotion is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
- Promotion is for one (1) free QDL suppressor per qualifying rifle purchase.
- The consumer must be a United States resident at the time of shipment of the QDL suppressor.
PROOF OF PURCHASE & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The consumer must submit on or before March 31, 2026 the following documentation:
- Copy of the original printed (not handwritten) retail sales receipt or invoice showing:
- Purchase date
- Retail dealer name and location
- Description of the qualifying M107A1 rifle with serial number
- Photo of M107A1 Serial Number
- Completed FFL & SOT Information Form for the dealer where the QDL suppressor will be transferred, including:
- FFL license copy
- SOT documentation
- Customer address and contact information
- M107A1 Serial Number
Important Notes:
- Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
- Only purchases from available inventory qualify; no rain checks, backorders, or pre-orders allowed.
- Incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate submissions will delay processing or void the promotion.
FFL / SOT TRANSFER CONDITIONS
- The QDL suppressor will be shipped only to the submitted FFL who holds a valid SOT at the time of shipment.
- Consumer is solely responsible for all ATF transfer requirements, wait times, taxes, fees, and compliance obligations associated with suppressor ownership. Consumer acknowledges they may be required to produce evidence of compliance at time of collection.
- Barrett does not guarantee transfer approval and assumes no responsibility for denied or delayed ATF applications.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
- All documentation must be uploaded through the designated online redemption portal at https://barrett.net/promos/free-qdl/.
- Accepted file types: JPG, PNG, PDF.
- Maximum file size per upload: 5 MB.
FULFILLMENT TIMING
- Please allow 12–24 weeks after complete submission and verification for suppressor fulfillment to the designated FFL/SOT.
- Processing timelines may be impacted by total number of participants, documentation accuracy, licensing verification, or regulatory requirements.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
- Fraudulent submissions are subject to prosecution under federal law.
- Submissions with falsified, duplicate, or inaccurate information will be rejected.
- Suspected fraudulent activity will disqualify the consumer, void entry in the promotion and disqualify the associated dealer from current and future promotions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
- Consumer authorizes and consents to Barrett using its personal information for the purposes of this promotion and otherwise in accordance with Barrett’s Privacy Policy.
- Barrett reserves the right to verify all claims and request additional documentation, details or photos at its discretion, and reject any claim at its sole discretion without providing any written notification or justification.
- All shipping of the QDL product is at the consumer’s sole risk.
- Unclaimed QDL suppressors shall be returned to Barrett’s nominated address should they remain unclaimed for 90 days, at which point the consumer’s claim shall be deemed invalid and rejected. Barrett accepts no responsibility or liability for unclaimed QDL suppressors, or rejected promotion entries.
- Barrett is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete promotion entries.
- Barrett reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion without notice.
- Barrett reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion, who has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful conduct.
- Entries are automatically void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
- If these terms and conditions are not met, the promotion entry will not be honored or acknowledged.
- This promotion is not available to directors, management, employees, contractors (and the immediate families of these persons) of the following entities:
- Barrett Firearms Manufacturing Inc.
- Barrett FFL Dealers
