Ability to set up & operate production runs on conventional manual mills, lathes and CNC machines. Ability to read, understand & run to blueprint specifications. Perform in-process inspections.


2 Yrs Related Experience or Machining Technology Diploma.


Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.


The manufacturing engineer will be responsible for introducing and improving manufacturing processes throughout the plant. The manufacturing engineer will plan, direct, and coordinate these processes within a team environment and is required to support both internal and external team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and Develop mission critical manufacturing processes for both new products as well as implementing new processes to replace old or obsolete equipment.
  • Update and Improve processes as needed for design changes on existing products.
  • Create process flow charts, process routers, and work instructions.
  • Perform time studies on new and existing processes.
  • Design tools to aid in assembly and processing.
  • Assess equipment needed for operations.


  • Relevant experience required- Relevant experience includes working as a manufacturing engineer at a company that produces complex assemblies comprised primarily of machined components.
  • If the applicant has less than 5 years’ experience as a manufacturing engineer a 4 Year Degree is required in addition to some experience for consideration.
  • Experience programming and operating lathes and 4 axis machining centers is a plus.


The Senior Buyer will be utilizing MRP system, responsible for purchasing materials or other goods. Coordinate activities involved with procuring products such as raw materials, custom engineered components/sub-assemblies, equipment, and small-wares for external and internal customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure accurate purchasing information on ERP system.
  • Ensure delivery of product including expediting purchase orders if needed; also keeping ETA’s current in ERP system.


  • Must be able to use data from MRP system output.
  • Strong analytical ability a must, as well as attention to detail.
  • Work both independently and as a team member in a diverse workforce.
  • Must be a flexible, self-starter.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project management skills preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 3 years supply chain management
