Dealer Reverse Tariff Rebate Submission

Barrett® is proud to announce a limited-time factory-direct rebate program designed to deliver exceptional value to our U.S. customers. From May 1 through June 30, 2025, eligible purchases of select new Barrett rifles come with exclusive savings. Due to this, participating dealers are also able to advertise any M107A1 rifle at $1,000 below MAP retail pricing during the promotion period.

To receive the $1,000 Manufacturer Rebate payment for qualifying M107A1® rifle sales, the originating dealer must complete the form below and upload all required supporting documents. Barrett will process the rebate directly to the dealer upon verification. All rebate submissions must be received no later than July 31, 2025.

DEALER TERMS & CONDITIONS

For each M107A1 rifle sold during the promotion period, the dealer originating the sale can receive a $1,000 Manufacturer Rebate with submission of the required documentation.

  • Only the dealer that originated the qualifying sale is eligible for rebate payment.
  • The rebate will not be paid to consumers or transferred to other dealers.

WHO QUALIFIES

  • Rebate is valid only for authorized BARRETT dealers who originated a qualifying retail sale of a new M107A1 rifle system between May 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025.
  • Dealer must submit complete, legible and accurate rebate documentation no later than July 31, 2025.
  • Only sales made to lawful end users legally eligible to purchase firearms are eligible.
  • Sales of used firearms do not qualify.
  • Rebate is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable by the consumer.

PROOF OF SALE REQUIREMENTS

Dealer must submit the following:

  • Completed Dealer Rebate Form.
  • Copy of the customer’s completed and signed Acknowledgement Form.
  • Copy of the original printed (not handwritten) cash register receipt or invoice showing:
    • Purchase date
    • Retail store name and location
    • Description of qualified product purchased
    • Receipt must show $1000 Customer Discount was applied
    • Price of each item and total purchase amount
  • Image of the M107A1 firearm serial number from the actual firearm.

Important Notes:

  • Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
  • Only purchases from available inventory qualify; no rain checks, backorders, or pre-orders allowed.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Incomplete, illegible, or missing information will delay processing or void the rebate.

REBATE TIMING

  • Please allow 8–12 weeks after submission for rebate payment processing.
  • Payment will be issued by check directly to the submitting dealer.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

  • Fraudulent rebate submissions are subject to prosecution under federal law.
  • Submissions with falsified, duplicate, or inaccurate information will be rejected.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity will disqualify current and future rebate participation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • This rebate cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  • Barrett reserves the right to verify all rebate claims and request additional information.
  • Barrett is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete submissions.
  • Barrett reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this rebate program at its sole discretion without notice.
  • Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
