Eligible individual customers may place a one-time order for one (1) Barrett rifle and/or one (1) Barrett suppressor. Based on the discounted pricing provided, it is understood that pricing is to remain confidential and that the purchase is for personal use and not to be sold.

Eligible customers are:
- Military: Active, Reserve, and National Guard to include retirees
- LE: Active and retired Sworn Federal Agents, State and Local Sworn LE
- First Responders: EMTs, Firefighters, and Paramedics
- Correction Officers: Including Parole & Probation
You MUST qualify and be able to provide documentation certifying you as one of the above in order to purchase weapons under the program. Note: as it is against federal law to copy Federal Agent Credentials or Military IDs, Barrett Firearms cannot and will not accept these as proof of eligibility.
Acceptable forms documentation are:
- Letter (on official unit/department letterhead) verifying current service status signed by your commander, chief, or sheriff
- Redacted copy of DD214
- Department picture ID front and back (State and Local LE/1st Responder only)
A valid FFL copy is required for all orders.
All prices/specifications released by Barrett are subject to change without notice, reflect the base rifle plus specified accessories do not include shipping, tax, transfer, or background check fees and are only applicable to sales within the U.S. Barrett charges sales tax in all states that have a sales tax. Orders are charged sales tax based on the ship to address.
Barrett will reach out to collect payment when the order is ready and will ship the order to the Authorized Barrett Dealer, Chain, Distributor or other FFL provided for proper paperwork processing. Under normal conditions, please allow 30-60 days for delivery, or up to 6 months under abnormal conditions. Barrett reserves the right to deny any requested transaction and to discontinue this program at any time, for any reason, including previously approved order requests.
