Rifles / Suppressors
Barrett Firearms Manufacturing Inc. (BFMI) warrants that this firearm was manufactured free of defects in materials and workmanship. For one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, BFMI agrees to correct any defect in this firearm for the original purchaser by repair or replacement with the same or comparable model. Fair wear and tear from normal or excessive usage, or issues due to neglect, are not considered a defect and are not covered under warranty. Rifles used in a commercial setting (ie. range rentals) are also excluded from this warranty.
BFMI will not be responsible for injury, death, or damage to property resulting from either intentional or accidental discharge of this firearm or from its function when used for purposes or subjected to treatment for which it was not designed.
BFMI will not honor claims involving this firearm which result from careless or improper handling, unauthorized adjustment or parts replacement, corrosion, neglect, the use of the wrong caliber ammunition, or the use of other than commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition, or any combination thereof. BFMI will not honor claims involving this firearm when such claims are made by the second or subsequent owner.

Apparel
We unconditionally guarantee all apparel products sold on our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item you may return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days. Please follow the guidelines set forth in our apparel return/exchange policy and choose an item in another size or color or receive the appropriate refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CLAIMS
Customers in other countries should first check with their own Customs Authority and register the merchandise before sending it to the United States for repair. Every country’s Customs Authority has a different procedure and documentation for repairs, so it is important that you check with Customs Authority before you ship the merchandise back to Barrett.
